Important Information regarding COVID-19

As we monitor and learn more about the spread of Coronavirus in our community, we want to be transparent about what we’re doing as a company to protect our clients and employees.

First and foremost, if you choose to visit us at our office, please know that we are doing everything we can to keep our facility germ-free. We’ve increased the frequency of cleanings so that we are disinfecting surfaces throughout the day in addition to having the office cleaned thoroughly at night.

Please remember that many of the services you receive in our office can also be done by phone, online, or mobile.

While we are always available for meetings inside our office, our CPAs and other team members are also available for consultations or meetings over the phone or via video conference. If you are interested in these options, please let our staff know when you call and we will setup these appointments.

If you need to send documents to us, but prefer to avoid coming into the office, our secure Sharefile is a great way to do this. You can scan your documents or take pictures of them and upload them to this secure site, and we can securely access and download them. Additionally many of your documents are received already in electronic form, and you can directly send them via sharefile, instead of having to print and send in. Please access this link to securely send documents to us.

Our tax returns can also be delivered to you securely via Sharefile. Many of our clients already take advantage of this, but for anyone that would like to receive their tax returns this way, please let us know. They will be emailed to you securely through a Sharefile link, and you can easily download, review, and sign them. We have staff ready to answer any questions regarding Sharefile.

Also, we offer electronic signature for all individual returns. You are able to easily e-sign all tax returns documents on your computer or mobile device, without ever having to print or scan documents. If you are interested in this service, please notify your tax preparer or our administrative staff, and we are happy to provide this service to you at no additional charge.

Lastly, we offer the ability to pay all invoices or retainers via credit or debit card on our website. If you prefer not to come into the office and make the payment, we encourage you to use this link to pay online.
